Right half (actually 60% from right) of my panel is blinking when opening a program (from panel or kde menu). I tried Dolphin, Firefox, Vivaldi and Gwenview. I also noticed this happens when icon only panel is enabled. I have no issue when I enable other panel alternatives. This issue probably occured after yesterday's update. The things I tried are: Removed panel and added again default one. Changed panel's position to top.
