While trying to bootstrap ring1 for 15 I ran into cycles with curl: curl nghttp2 python-Sphinx python-requests python-urllib python-tornado python-pycurl curl curl nghttp2 boost openmpi cmake curl curl seems to link quite lot of stuff that we don't really need for building. How about creating a curl-mini that links as little external deps as possible?
