This seems forgotten in the last weeks.

To be sure, the problem still persists with the latest TW or Slowroll kernels,
right?

Looking at your alsa-info.sh output again, it shows that the HD-audio device
got bound and configured, and it appears OK, per se -- even without Nvidia
workaround.

Which sound are you testing?  Doesn't the headphone output work, either?
And, how exactly are you testing?  How about below?

% aplay -vv -Dplughw:1 /usr/share/sounds/alsa/test.wav

If you're using pipewire, try to disable the audio via

% systemctl --user stop wireplumber

and resume the audio after test via

% systemctl --user start wireplumber
