Those rules are used to enable the androids SDK environment to access Android
systems via ADB (Android Debug Bridge).  IMHO those rules should become active
only if a real Android system becomes attached via USB.  To modify permissions
and/or owner chips of USB sub systems of e.g. a printer is a bad idea (IMHO).
