ah, 
when I did start to file bugs for tumbleweed I was very confused because I did
not understand the logic (as I did file for regular release only before, did
not have a "spare" pc). 
Now tumbleweed I thought is regular release, but instead you have to file the
bug choosing factory (there is actually no "menu point" tumbleweed). Which
confused me further because for me factory is factory, tumbleweed is one of the
two future regular releases and leap is the next LTS opensource editon (a bit
like that I had in my mind). So this is expression of me not to know how to
file a bug against tumbleweed (***blush***). So in the mean while (dancing
bananas!) I have learned how to do it. Thanks for the info in all cases. :-)
