Well, you can install libmysqlclient_r18 manually to fix the crash.

But I agree with you that we should release an update for 13.2 too, see my
previous comment.
And if the maintenance teams agrees too, I will submit an update ASAP.

Btw, I have already prepared the packages, they just will take a few hours to
build...
