This is similar to Bug 815233 - systemd prevents system from hibernation
(ThinkPad T520) , but with a slightly different hardware (ThinkPad Z60m) and
with pure systemd:

any idea what the reason could be? I checked the resume option in grub2, Size
of swap is OK as well:
