It is not possible to open the editor window in octave-gui.Neither by opening scripts nor by creating a new script nor by explicity opening it (Ctrl+4). When closing octave-gui it crashes with ------snipp----------- panic: Aborted -- stopping myself... attempting to save variables to 'octave-workspace'... panic: attempted clean up failed -- aborting... octave exited with signal 6 -----snipp------------- After that, octave-workspace is an empty file. This will not happen with octave-cli. up-to-date Tumbleweed from 06/18/2017
