The latest version of plasma-framework-components
(5.104.0git.20230318T121447~d55656f9-ku.15.1) introduced a bug where common
plasmoids doesn't work anymore: the component necessary is now marked as
"internal".

This happened because the build has the first commit that change the "private"
components to internal:
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/plasma-framework/-/commit/62b321e58846b96a3775f12ef999aa423aa2e61b

However, it lacks the second commit that fixes the normal components to use the
new code:
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/plasma-framework/-/commit/26c296087d77d827bf8ddf4e14ae6317717f4ece

Error code example with the volume applet:
"file:///usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.volume/contents/ui/main.qml:502:21:
Type PC3.TabButton unavailable
file:///usr/lib64/qt5/qml/org/kde/plasma/components.3/TabButton.qml:59:18:
IconLabel is not a type"

To test that you can simple undo the first commit or manually apply the second
commit, in any of the cases, plasmoids will start working again.
