Sorry, no, this is not meant to be a novel, it's deliberately telegram style.

This is RPM's "description" field. There is also the (even shorter) summary
field.

This is not entirely consistent among YaST packages, let alone all over the
complete distribution. Any attempt to standardize this failed over the past 25
years since I first joined the company.

But that's life: We have something in the order of 48000 (!) packages in
Factory.

Frankly, before we start wasting time on anything like this, I'd want to see
something more meaningful than "This module configures WRGLBRMPF" for the
"yast2-wrglbrmpf" module, but even that appears to be reaching for the sky.
