I can add that the bluetooth issues continue in 15.0 with Gnome; I tried it yesterday to see if I wanted to reopen this. ;-) FYI, the problems I've been having are with telephony-centric devices like the Plantronics Voyager 5200. I don't know if they have both a microphone and "speakers," or if it's the use of the HSP/HFP protocols, but it's definitely an issue. I've had to find workarounds (using an Android phone) for both Bluejeans and Zoom.
