I'm installed kernels from both repositories and at first selected in menu of
GRUB the kernel version 4.20.8-2.gcc8092a-default from repository
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/stable/standard/.
With this kernel the touchpad stopped freezing and became operational. In
"System settings" - "Hardware" - "Input Devices" - "Touchpad" tab now settings
that were previously unavailable were activated, except for the "Sensitivity"
tab, where the "Sensitivity" and "Palm Detection" settings are remained
inactive. At first, I set the action with one finger. Now the laptop will be
tested when working with the touchpad without using the mouse and then I will
try more complex settings - with two and three fingers.
