The blender-lang package contains two directories:
/usr/share/blender/2.76/datafiles/colormanagement
/usr/share/blender/2.76/datafiles/locale

I think that the colormanagement directory is there by accident and should be
in the main blender package instead.

Currently if you install the blender package but not blender-lang, you will get
following warning on stdout:

  Color management: using fallback mode for management

And the color management functions inside Blender are missing most of their
options.
