Running on OpenSuse Leap 42.1 with the KDE desktop,
Repository used KDE EXTRA.
quick-usb-formatter 0.6-1.1-x86_64

I have installed the application through YAST using the KDE Extra repository.
All dependencies should be installed. There seems to be a dependency error.
