Tricky one. mariadb explicitly requires readline5-devel but also libxml2-devel
which requires readline-devel. readline-devel and readline5-devel conflict. It
only works in OBS due to "Ignore: libxml2-devel:readline-devel". Not sure why
we have that but also wondering why mariadb wants libreadline5. Assigning to
mariadb maintainer to check if using readline-devel would work.
