A fresh install of Tumbleweed adds a repo-debug.repo which points to http://download.opensuse.org/debug/tumbleweed/repo/oss The correct URL is http://download.opensuse.org/debug/factory/repo/oss Installation was done by booting linux+initrd with 'install=http://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/repo/oss'
