wrong localization in the context of commands passed via system monitor
When I am selection an action to pass, although not installed system wide, the
KDE system monitor will show a Chinese (simplyfied) popup instead of the
Italian one used system wide. This happens whenever you select an action of
kill, stop or else with a process running as root or another user (see
screenshot in attachment). Probably the Italian translation was erroneously
substituted by Chinese localization.
