When turning on a usb headset (Parrot Zik 3), which has two different USB profile (5.1 or 2.0), pulseaudio often detects only one entry point. Upstream has fixed this with https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54029 I've been testing the patch for some time and it works fine (and I forgot to push it as maintenace update). Bug is present in 42.2 and 42.3
