Sometimes the splashscreen shows 3 question marks (or 3 little boxes) going across the screen instead of the normal splash screen that Tumbleweed has and other times it starts up with the rebooting logo when the computer starts up as opposed to actually rebooting. (Startup Experience) It shows a sideways ampersand symbol I think. This happens on 13.2 also sometimes if I'm not mistaken. I marked the bug minor, because it does not seem like it's actually affecting the user experience. It's just annoying.
