Comment # 21 on bug 829430 from Tom���� Chv��tal

The mysql package was fixed with this and added to all maintained products.

The libreoffice got the added dependency over the libmysqlclient_r now and it
will be included in next openSUSE release and in Factory soon.

I won't backport the LO change to 13.2 and 13.1, but if someone will create and
test it himself I will approve the request.
