Comment # 3 on bug 940796 from Uzair Shamim

I have a similar issue on my system. It seems that CubebUtils resets to 23%
every time a video is played in firefox. This is very annoying because even if
the master volume is 100% I can barely hear anything and have to manually
increase CubebUtils. I can reproduce this on Youtube in HTML5 mode as well as
when playing video files directly in the browser.

I am using KDE4 on openSUSE 13.2.
