I think you need to run,

# zypper dup; zypper verify

Currently in Tumbleweed,

# zypper in inkscape
The following 90 NEW packages are going to be installed:
... libgsl19 libgslcblas0 ...

# zypper if --requires inkscape
...
    libgsl.so.19()(64bit)
    libgslcblas.so.0()(64bit)

closing as invalid.

PS. gsl was split up due to conflicting with itself on soname bump, which
probably caused temporary issues as packages were rebuilt.
