Open kernel driver of Tumbleweed is already on 550.120:

But with the userspace of NVIDIA's graphics driver repository

you're still on 550.107.02.

Unfortunately this repository still hasn't been updated yet to 550.120 although
I've send the packages towards NVIDIA already on Sep 19. I hope this happens in
the next days.

The only thing you could do now as workaround right now would be to replace the
packages of the open kernel driver 550.120 with the proprietary kernel driver
of 550.107.02 (package nvidia-driver-G06-kmp-default).

But driver 550.107.02 together with Kernel 6.11 is broken. You need to remove

  fbdev=1

in 

  /usr/lib/modprobe.d/50-nvidia-default.conf

and run 'dracut --force' afterwards. This issue has been fixed with driver
version 550.120. Sigh.
