owncloud use wrong keychain packages for opensuse.

You should use keychain from KDE:Extra and KDE:Qt5.

libqt5keychain and libqtkeychain from owncloud conflicts with other packages in
opensuse.

I have made an request for over one month.
But the request was ignored. 
No declined, no comment, no answer. Nothing.

- Fix keychain package conflicts for openSUSE. 
  Switch keychain packages (libqt5keychain-devel, libqtkeychain-devel) 
  to official keychain packages (qtkeychain-qt5-devel, qtkeychain-devel).
