That's a pity.  Then I have no idea what makes difference.  It's like some
secret init sequence done by BIOS or such, which doesn't appear in the state
afterwards...

BTW, could you give alsa-info.sh output at the (still non-working) state where
you boot without headphone but plug in afterward?
