Unlike openSUSE Tumbleweed, Kubic installs the os-release file into /etc on TW, this is in /usr/lib and /etc/os-release is a symlink; presumably, this setup should be the same Also, os-release on Kubic carries a VERSION= item. Given its rolling nature, this is likely not useful
