Sorry I have no idea what you guys are doing here. Thus I can only comment on
the very first message. This one appears if the call to lsblk was not able to
find any disk devices.

Usually a missing driver in initrd or kernel issue.

If this was created by kiwi you can always run the deployment with

   rd.debug

which moves you into a shell in the dracut generated initrd. From there
debugging is possible

Please get back to us if there is a clear reproducing process and when there is
clarity that this is something caused by the kiwi builder and not by the author
of the image description
