Could you try to get hwinfo output with drm workaround on a rescue system or
such?  At least we need to know which device is asked.

If it's about Realtek RTL8125B ethernet, this isn't supported by Leap 15.2.
A KMP is available for r8169 driver in OBS home:tiwai:r8169/r8169 repo, and
this might work with the device, instead.
