If so, please boot with the boot parameters: debug rd.debug and attach /run/initramfs/rdsosreport.txt when the boot stops. Is is possible that the behaviour is a side effect of bug 912734. You can try installing the dracut update from: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/tsaupe:/branches:/openSUSE:/13.2:/Update:/bsc912734/standard/x86_64/ and checking wheter the behaviour changes after updating the initrd.
