decompiled device tree of a cubietruck

Same problem on my cubietruck with:

cubie:~ # cat /etc/os-release
NAME=openSUSE
VERSION="20150624 (Tumbleweed)"

No /dev/nand*  and even after manually creating them, no access to the internal
nand devices. Nothing in the logs.

I can offer a testsystem...
