Could you check with 6.12.x kernel in OBS Kernel:stable repo?
  https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/stable/standard/

Nvidia driver might not work with it, but what we check is for AMDGPU, so it
should be OK to test without Nvidia.

If it still happens with 6.12.x, we'd need to report to the upstream.
