AFAICR and AFAICS the systemd (aka systemd-210) from Base:System:Legacy includes several patches which exactly fix this: 1021-udev-re-add-persistent-net-rules.patch 1006-udev-always-rename-network.patch btw: also the reporter, if really insists on the old naming scheme, could have a look into the source codes of current systemd in factory. Simply to make patch 1021 work and to be aware that patch 1021 does oly switch back the old naming scheme for SLES and not openSUSE. For later case the kernel command line option net.ifnames=0 may help to enable the patch 1021.
