Hmm, so:
irq 31: nobody cared (try booting with the "irqpoll" option)
tpm tpm0: [Firmware Bug]: TPM interrupt not working, polling instead
nouveau 0000:3c:00.0: timeout

The interrupt routing on this box seems to be completely borked.

Does acpi=noirq kernel command line parameter make things better?
