Comment # 2 on bug 1042760 from Andreas Stieger

So there are two changes:
* library cmake changes
* kmymoney changes to work with 5.1/4.13.

And the ultimate goal is to enable the kbanking plugin for kmymoney via a Leap
42.2 maintenance update? (SR#501167 is for the devel package, but I assume this
is for maintenance later?)
