Photo of the error when system is shutting down (power off) initiated

I am using Tumbleweed and it's is running kernel 4.7.2.. Everytime the system
is shutdown from inside the desktop or from the login screen, it fails to a
console screen with errors and freezes. I have been able to photo the screen. I
have seen the same error with kernel 4.6. but not with 4.5.7 or any of the
earlier kernel versions work OK, initiating a shutdown works and the system
power off completely.

I have a Hauppague TV card installed in my system which works with all the
kernels.
Note.. reboot work as it should, the only issue is the shutdown with kernels
4.7.2 and 4.6.x.. Any pointers to a solution other than staying with 4.5.7


OSS and Hardware:

Tumbleweed / Leap 42.2 beta, Phenom II x2 550, 8GB Ram,
ATI Sapphire Radeon HD5450, Hauppague internal TV card. 
1xSSD 3xHDDs (128GB SSD with 4 partitions multi-boot linux OSs). 
1TB HDD /home and NTFS, 1TB HDD backup drive, 320GB HDD multimedia files) and
DVD RW
Also have Manjaro running kernel 4.5.7 Ok. It also failed the same using 4.6.x
and 4.7.2 kernels.

I have attached a photo of the failure as I am not able to see it in any logs
