snapper disabled, zypper snapper plugin not installed

For the very first time i encounter the same problem with 42.3: gui slows down
or freeze.

same case as 15.0 :

- swap is used : 1.4 Go
- many disk accesses

this time i saw that kswapd0 was working and is among the 10 processes most
using CPU

this problem is a random and cycling problem. delay between 2 occurences is 
about 30 s if you use FF and change frequently the web page and duration of
freeze is 1 or 2 mn
