When logging out of X, the xf86-video-vmware can get stuck in a polling loop and peg CPU usage at 100%. This is most easily reproducible if the desktop resolution is changed before logging out. This issue has been resolved by commit 32562129750 at git://anongit.freedesktop.org/git/xorg/driver/xf86-video-vmware The commit is already included by the newer vmware driver (13.1.0-5.2) in OpenSUSE repositories. The request is to update the SLED 12 repo so that it also contains newer VMWare driver 13.1.0-5.2.
