autoYaST file used for installation

When using the <files> section in an autoyast profile for openSUSE Leap 42.1,
the files don't get deployed.

I try to deploy e.g. /etc/ntp.conf and /etc/environment.

Now, in the installed system
in /var/adm/autoinstall/cache/installedSystem.xml only /etc/environment
shows up (though the original autoyast file contains both files).

Additionally, this one file does _NOT_ get deployed.

Attached are
- the original autoYaST control file (files-m.xml)
- /var/adm/autoinstall/cache/installedSystem.xml from the installed
  systen
- y2logs
