Upon installation, of a Leap 15.0 (build 191.1 and 206.1), the Ethernet card will not have the "Allow auto-negotiation" checkbox enabled on NetworkManager. This will cause NICs to run at 100Mbits/Half-duplex. This was a pretty much next,next,next installation with KDE.
