Comment # 2 on bug 1233414 from Bob Loblaw

I tried some of the suggested fixes from that thread (and a couple of linked
ones), but none of them resolved the issue for me. 

More specifically:
- I tried setting the kernel cmdline parameters to amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x10,
0x200 and 0x610
- I then also tried downgrading to both
"kernel-firmware-amdgpu-20241001-1.1.noarch" and
"kernel-firmware-amdgpu-20240728-slfo.1.1.3.noarch" (which was the newest
version I could find from before the working Tumbleweed version 20240922)
