Yes, the error is still present (42.3 with all current patches/updates
installed). However, I am okay with the workaround described in my original
post. Thus, I suggest to not put too much effort into analyzing this problem.
During the next few months, I will upgrade to 15.0 and then I will report
whether the problem persists or not.
