YES !!!! This fixes everything ! THANKS !

QT5 & QT6 apps now work properly on Gnome !

*Opensuse devs*, now please get on the ball *URGENTLY* (this was months of
struggle and google searches show many have this issue all over) to either
upstream the fix to QT or set this env variable globally by default.
