Thanks for the report.

The cloneconfig was already dropped more than a year ago, and README.SUSE was
updated some time later.  But there was one overlooked sentence in README.SUSE,
indeed.  This has to be corrected.

And, yes, the order or make scripts and make prepare should be swapped as you
suggested.
