When using wayland for plasma5 in Leap 15.4, saving a session (menu
Power/Session - Save session) does not work correctly, a new empty session
opens after next login.

Checked ~/.config/session and it contains only file "kwin_saved by user_" with

  [Session]
  active=-1
  count=0
  desktop=1

and nothing else. I also tried "Restore previous saved session" but it does
not work either, only the file name differs.

kwin5 version: 5.24.3 (latest available in 15.4, behaved the same with 5.24.2)
