The Mangohud hud does not appear with 32-bit applications. This is with both
the mangohud and mangohud-32bit packages installed. This issue can be
reproduced by installing vulkan-tools and vulkan-tools-32bit and launching
"vkcube" with the mangohud command in the terminal.

Example:
mangohud vkcube - vkcube and mangohud appears 
mangohud vkcube32 - vkcube appears but mangohud overlay does not
