Yes, as you see by the successful build of python-injector for 15.4, this is
the way until the definition makes it into openSUSE:SLE-15-SP4:GA, where
python-rpm-macros-20211022.38e7c70 comes from.

So the issue has progressed to:

- 15.3: Maintenance update of python-rpm-macros and prjconf definition required
- 15.4: update prjconf definition to match python-rpm-macros in SLE-15-SP4:GA
