https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1092839 is a duplicate of this issue, I have a couple of devices here that can also trigger it (well could last time I was in tumbleweed) I don't think a blacklist / whitelist of devices is going to work here, i'd much rather try and remove brltty from the default installation unless an accessibility pattern or something similar is enabled in the installer.
