That file would be worldmap = Ops.add(Directory.themedir, "/current/worldmap/worldmap.jpg") i.e. /usr/share/YaST2/theme/current/worldmap/worldmap.jpg which belongs to package yast2-theme. But according to the rpm-qa file in the y2logs tarball, no such package is installed.
