Distro: Opensuse leap 42.2 and gnome

Gnome builder gives me this error:
Error message:

autoreconf: autopoint failed with exit status: 1

gettext is too old for gnome builder. I am updated that to version 0.19.8.1
then start to working.

So if you can upgrade suse package  to new version.
