Open KSirc, and this is all that happens:

Trying to find a fix Googling turns up things like the following:

Perl library, you don't have a complete/correct Perl installation and

Reinstalling perl didn't/doesn't help here in fresh 13.1 installation using old
11.4 /home. KSirc is useless. It worked fine in 11.4/Evergreen.
